Tehran, Feb 3 – Iran’s Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said the Iranian nation will stand by Palestinians forever.Speaking following the presence of Hamas Leader Khaled Meshaal in the Iranian parliament Tuesday morning, Larijani said the Iranian parliament, too, was closely monitoring the situation in Palestine and all developments pertaining to it.
Addressing Meshaal, he further stressed that the Iranian nation will continue to support Palestine under any conditions.
Pointing out that numerous developments were currently underway in the region regarding the Palestinian issue, he said those active on the issue should know that the Iranian nation would never allow the right of the Palestinian nation to be manipulated by political players in some regional countries in games with the US and the Zionist regime.
Meshaal, as Hamas Political Bureau chief, attended parliament’s open session Tuesday morning to convey the gratitude of Palestinians, Gazans in particular, to the people and government of Iran for their spiritual and political supports for the Palestinian resistance against the Israeli occupiers.
