Tehran, Feb 12 - IRGC Air Force Commander Brigadier General Hossein Salami said on Thursday that thank God, Iran has attained hardware and software technologies which is beyond expectations of big powers.Global arrogance and other big powers should understand that Iran with reliance on its technological advances is beyond their reach, he said.
Speaking for a group of Basiji (volunteer) forces in Mashhad, he said that ran’s technological advances mainly in software sector has created a dominant dialogue which can easily deal with any threats.
The Islamic Iran with reliance on its committed and pious youth has attained remarkable developments in production of military hardware, he said.
The domestically manufactured missiles with over 2,000 kilometers range can easily target enemy’s positions, he said.
He said that Iran has successfully manufactured a new type of unmanned drones which can fly 2,000 km and take photos from enemy’s positions no matter where they have been stationed.
Iran is the only power which can conduct reconnaissance flights and take photos from US most sophisticated plane carriers, he said.
Successful launch of Omid data-processing satellite proved the real capability of Iran despite the threats and economic sanctions, he pointed out.
He said that Iran must take heed of the US cultural onslaught.
Promotion of Islamic culture has created a big hurdle for global arrogance at international equations, he said.
Salami said that the US targeted Iraq and Afghanistan to prevent influence of Islamic Revolution, but to no avail.
Powerful Iran has changed the rules of the game at global equations and left the big powers in a state of shock and bewilder, said the commander.
