Special kind of woman… she loved her husband so much that she preferred to leave this life with him not stay alone.
Background :
- Sana Abdel Hadi Qdeih was born in “Abasan” village in Khan Younis city in 1972.
- She is a wife for one of the Qassam leaders Basem Qdeih.
- She is a mother for four children: Mosab 3 years, Asem 10 years, Alaa 11 years and Islam 13 years.
- She was very kind with her neighbors.

The Zionist forces stormed Sana’s village moving toward her house to arrest and kill her husband, Basem Qdeih, one of the Qassam leaders.
When they discovered the special forces of the Zionist army, they went out to address these gangs. After the battle had intensified between the Zionist forces and Basem, he told his wife to deport the house with children and leave him alone. But, the loyal wife refused to leave her husband and insisted on sharing him the battle against these barbaric forces. Fully determined to do anything for her husband, she pressed with her fine finger on the trigger; the bullets’ sound penetrate the wall of silence.
After hours of fighting and surrounding, Basem blew an explosive belt wrapped around his waist under the cover of his wife. Minutes later, Sana followed her husband; the Zionist warplanes targeted her with one rocket. They lived together and left together.
Eye witnesses said that they saw the enemy’s ambulances arriving at the place to transmit their casualties; they stressed that they saw troop carrier was exploded there.
