Love Triangle punya hal.... rumah dibakar

Macam-macam hal berlaku kat Malaysia ni. Almaklum ajelah... sepatah kata Mahathir "Malaysia Boleh".

Cinta Segitiga lah beb...

Man in love triangle burns down girlfriend's house

BAU – Two men in love with the same teacher decided to duke it out but it was the teacher who ended up without a house. The sore loser, in anger, burnt her house down that same night.

He has since been detained by police.

The drama took place on Wednesday in Bidi, a village in Krokong, Bau about 36km from Kuching.

Refused to settle down

According to a villager, the 28-year-old teacher had been involved with a neighbour for the past 11 years.

The neighbour, a 36-year-old odd job worker, had been pestering her to tie the knot while she was reluctant to do so.

The teacher met a 29 year-old man man in the same village a few months ago and they became close.

When her older boyfriend found out about their relationship, he was furious and harrassed her continuously.

He had also pestered her brothers and parents to convince her to come back to him. However, her parents told him the decision was only hers to make, said the villager.

Talk gone awry

Two nights ago, the younger man, who is self-employed, decided to seek out the older man to have a man-to-man talk. The talk turned ugly as both started trading blows with each other. Their neighbours quickly intervened to stop the brawl from getting worse.

A few hours later, the teacher’s wooden house was razed to the ground. She was not in as her parents had advised her to put up at a relative’s house nearby.

Deputy Supt Vincent Laing Ajeng confirmed the arson and said police had detained a suspect for questioning.
